For Students

As part of our mission statement, Agape Theatre promises to provide young performers and artists a safe environment in which to hone their craft and learn by working alongside their more seasoned theater colleagues.

With that in mind, there are several ways for high school and college age students to get involved with Agape Theatre:

Apply to the Joan Baker Scholarship in Theater Arts – Are you a high school senior in Travis or Williamson County who plans on studying theater arts at the college level?  If so, we highly recommend that you apply to the Joan Baker Scholarship in Theater Arts.

Join Agape’s Professional Apprentice Program – Agape’s Professional Apprentice Program allows local High School and College students to work alongside more seasoned actors, artists, and directors.  For more information, please visit the Professional Apprentice Program page.

Get Involved by auditioning or volunteering – Students are encouraged to audition for our productions and to volunteer in any capacity that interests them.  For more information, visit the “Get Involved” page.

See a show – Agape Theatre always offers great discounts to students (and teachers, too).  To purchase tickets for an upcoming performance, please visit our Box Office page.
